ABOUT

Fifteen years closing the gap between building products and getting them to market. IBM gave me the engineering foundation and Design Thinking discipline — nine years building at scale and activating 100+ engineers in user-centered practice. OutSystems sharpened product craft against the hardest user: a professional developer who sees every seam. Since 2023, I have been conceiving, building, launching, and automating digital products as a solo operator using AI agent pipelines.

Open to roles and collaborations where owning the full cycle — Conceive · Build · Launch · Automate — is the point, not a liability.

EXPERIENCE

Product Engineer & AI Systems Builder Oct 2023 – Present
InventaRodela | Lisbon, Portugal (Remote)
Phase: Automate — closing the loop
  • Guarda-Costas Imobiliário — AI real estate due diligence platform for the Portuguese market, built as 22 Claude skills across four levels (analytical, external-data, aggregator, orchestrator). 11-stage buyer journey covering seismic risk, flood zones, noise, mobility, urban development, rental yield, mortgage credit/bank contract analysis, insurance proposals, and CPCV clause-by-clause review. Used it in my own home purchase: 6 months, 40+ apartments visited. Stack: Next.js 15 · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · Drizzle ORM · Playwright · Claude Code
  • DECOLE Plano de Voo — AI career coaching platform for ESG careers. 7-prompt n8n pipeline generates personalized career "flight plans" delivered by email. Stack: Next.js 14 · TypeScript · PostgreSQL · n8n · Brevo
  • VTSD AI Skills Library — End-to-end digital product launch pipeline: 9-axis market research, product conception, ad creative generation, sales page copy, email sequences. Human approval at each stage. Methodology: Jeff Walker PLF + Leandro Ladeira VTSD (lineage: Ryan Deiss · Russell Brunson · Eugene Schwartz · Dan Kennedy)
  • Funnel & Sales-Page Measurement Platform — Built as a platform, applied to two ESG-career products (DECOLE mentoring and Plano de Voo, on Cloudflare Workers, fed by Hotmart webhooks). Server-side tracking (GA4 + Meta Ads) follows a lead from first touch to purchase; sales pages instrumented by section and call-to-action, and by sales-video watch-through. Ran funnel/campaign reports directly with Claude Code and Codex to drive experiments on copy, section order, CTAs, and ad targeting. In one Meta campaign, redirecting a new ad version to the page section that continued its message (instead of the hero) raised click-to-conversion (email signup, pre-checkout) by 70%. Stack: Cloudflare Workers · Node.js · Hotmart · Brevo
  • Harnessing Agents — Curated library of AI engineering patterns distilled from Peter Steinberger, Kent Beck, Andrej Karpathy, Simon Willison, Armin Ronacher, and Mitchell Hashimoto.

PUBLIC SPEAKING & COMMUNITY BUILDING LEADERSHIP

The Developer's Conference is the largest tech event happening in Brazil for developers and tech companies. Over 4 years I have delivered 19 talks and panels across multiple editions advocating the enterprise design thinking from IBM and the service design sprints practice for startups.

In 2015 after the success of my talks on design, I created the Design Thinking Track, which has been featured in 14 editions across four cities, totaling over 96 hours of content and reaching out to an audience of more than 1200 developers, managers, and C-level professionals directly and more than 3000 through the online platform.

My leadership in curating impactful content earned me the TDC Rockstar Award, recognizing my commitment to empowering the tech community and elevating design thinking's role as collaboration in the industry.
